We are currently seeking Behavior Technicians!

Position Responsibilities:

• You will work with individuals diagnosed with Autism in our center or in the home. 

• You will receive supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be expected to implement the programs they provide. 

• You will collect and report data using collection software. 

• You will be expected to uphold the ethical guidelines established by the BACB and our company. 

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma. Higher rates of pay available for advanced degrees. 

• Must complete company training based on the 40 hour RBT task list. 

• Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check. 

• Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of car insurance and a valid drivers license. 

• Must be a reliable, self-starter, with a strong drive to excel in the field of Behavior Analysis. 

• Must be able to prove certification in CPR and Crisis intervention training( or be able to obtain certification).

• Experience in ABA or working with children diagnosed with ASD a plus, but not mandatory.
